  • Content Generation: Business information you provide is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate landing page copy, headlines, and content
  • No Training: Per Anthropic's terms, your data is not used to train their AI models
  • Temporary Processing: Your prompts are processed temporarily and not stored by the AI provider beyond the generation request
  • Quality Improvement: We may analyze generated content quality to improve our prompts and generation accuracy, but this does not involve sharing data with third parties
  • No Automated Decisions: AI assists with content generation only; all account decisions (billing, access, moderation) are made by humans or based on explicit business rules you control

12. Deployed Landing Pages and Visitor Privacy

When you deploy a landing page through Ringly, visitor data is collected for analytics purposes:

  • What We Collect: Page views, session duration, scroll depth, button clicks, and form interactions from visitors to your deployed landing pages
  • How It's Collected: Through lightweight JavaScript analytics embedded in your deployed pages
  • No Personal Identification: We do not collect names, email addresses, or personally identifiable information from your landing page visitors without their explicit consent
  • Your Responsibility: If you collect visitor information through contact forms on your landing pages, you are responsible for complying with privacy laws and obtaining necessary consents
  • Cookie Notice: Deployed landing pages include a cookie consent banner to comply with privacy regulations
  • Data Retention: Visitor analytics data is retained for 90 days and aggregated for your reporting dashboard

Important: As the landing page owner, you are the data controller for any personal information you collect from visitors. We are the data processor for analytics data only.
